MEN'S MEASUREMENT CHART

**IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS - READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BEGINNING!!
The numbered instructions below correspond to the column's number.**

  1. Name: Type in full name.
  2. Height in Inches: Use a measuring tape, tape on the wall. Have the person stand tall, barefoot and heels against the wall.
  3. Weight: This is necessary for appropriate sizing fit.
  4. High Chest: Just under the armpits, arms relaxed, keep tape straight.
  5. Chest: Arms relaxed, tape parallel and even, just at the nipple line across chest and around back.
  6. Waist: Natural waistline at the narrowest point around the torso. (NOT where the pants are worn).
  7. Hip: The circumference along the horizontal line at the widest point of the hips, across the fullest part of the buttocks.
  8. Neck: Stand straight, shoulders relaxed, head in neutral position, just under Adam's apple (where a shirt collar naturally sits) and around.
  9. Across Shoulders: The horizontal width across the back from shoulder/arm joint to the opposite shoulder/arm joint.
  10. CBN to Wrist: Arms at sides, straight and relaxed. Prominent bone at base of neck or most protruding vertebra is the starting point. Bring tape measure across shoulder and down the arm to the wrist.
  11. Inseam: Standing straight, feet slightly apart, tape flat, start at the top of the inner thigh and take it down to the bottom of the ankle bone.
  12. Outseam: From the natural waist line down the outside of the leg to the bottom of the ankle bone.
